User Data Deletion

If you want your data deleted from Khetiwadi services, please contact us at [email protected] with your registered phone number and account details. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What you should include

• Registered mobile number (10 digits used on Khetiwadi)
• Registered email address, if any
• Your full name (as on the account)
• A clear statement that you want your account and personal data deleted
• If your request relates to WhatsApp or Facebook login, mention that you signed in with WhatsApp/Facebook

What we may delete

Depending on your account and use of our services, deletion may include:

• Account profile (name, phone, email, preferences)
• Buy & Sell listings, demands, and related marketplace activity tied to your account
• Membership and billing records where retention is not required by law
• Support messages you sent us about your account

We may retain certain information when required by law (for example tax, fraud prevention, or payment dispute records) or in anonymized form for analytics. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

After deletion

Once processed, you will not be able to sign in with the same account unless you register again. Listings and demands linked to your account may be removed or anonymized according to our marketplace policies.
