Khetiwadi offers optional Buy & Sell membership plans (for buyers, farmers, and traders) that provide digital access to marketplace features such as listing limits and related tools. Paid plans are sold by Khetiwadi Agritech LLP and are described on our pricing and account membership pages.
We strive to provide accurate mandi rates, reports, and agricultural information. However, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any content. Mandi rates and other data may come from third-party or official sources and may be subject to delay or error. You should verify critical information with official sources or relevant authorities before making any decisions. Our Disclaimer provides further details on limitations of the information we provide.
The Service and its original content (excluding content from third parties and user-generated content where applicable), features, and functionality are owned by Khetiwadi and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. If you use Khetiwadi features that connect to Meta services (including Facebook Login or WhatsApp messaging), you agree to comply with applicable Meta and WhatsApp terms and policies, including acceptable use rules for messaging and APIs.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
